UPI App Complaint
UPI is the framework launched by NPCI and the Procedural Guidelines of UPI Money deduction complaints solution includes following.
- The First point of contact is the sender bank by the Raise dispute option available within the App
- In case of failed transactions, the remitter/ sender bank will be responsible for refund
- If in case. sender bank do not respond to the customer satisfactorily, Principal Nodal Officer of the bank comes into picture
